This blog is this Austinite's daily view - literally. In the more than 25 years I've lived in this great city, I've seen a lot of changes. Some things I took for granted are gone now. So, I decided to spend a year documenting images of things I see in my world right now - my Austin. Some photos are things tourists would see; some are things only my neighbors would see. Oh, and I don't claim to be a professional photographer - just a gal with a camera.

Running man
Sculpture from the old Runtex. He's all fenced in now.
Hopefully whoever bought it intends to do something with it someday other than just leaving it at the back of a lonely lot.
